For a PE-backed industrial group I ran a global delivery portfolio across seven countries, in pharma, data center and industrial projects, and built the PMO, the playbooks and the reporting rhythm that let the owner see margin and risk per project. I inherited a €27M pharma project that was bleeding cash and handed it back cash-positive in ten months. I held a senior program and change role on a €400M site transformation. I ran claims and recovery on a nuclear new-build site, where paper discipline is not optional. As interim ops director, I stabilised a data center services firm through a growth spike and handed over a calmer company than I found.

I’ve also sat on the owner’s side of the table. Early on I ran my own advisory practice for more than seventy-five owner-led businesses, and I founded, built and sold a company of my own. The conversation with a family that built something is one I understand from the inside.

I take two mandates at a time. Based in Slovakia, working across France and Central Europe. Remote-first with structured on-site presence.
