Who is responsible for your data

What I collect and why

  • If you book a call: scheduling is handled by Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email, and the answers you give in the booking form (your company revenue band, your situation, the issues you describe). I use this only to prepare for and hold the call. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • If you email me: I receive whatever you send (name, email, message). I use it only to reply and, if relevant, to discuss working together. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
  • If you download an insight: your email address, handled by my email provider (MailerLite), so I can send you the file you requested. Legal basis: steps taken at your request. You may also opt in (optional, never required) to receive The Lever, my occasional operating notes.
  • If you subscribe to The Lever: your email address, handled by MailerLite. I use it only to send occasional operating notes. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • Server logs: the host (Google Firebase) processes standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to serve the site securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security and delivery.

I do not sell your data. I do not run advertising trackers.

Who processes data on my behalf

Calendly (scheduling), MailerLite (newsletter), Google Firebase (hosting). Each acts as a processor under its own data protection terms. Calendly is US-based and transfers are covered by its standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

Enquiry and booking data: for the duration of our discussions and a reasonable period after. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Server logs: per the host’s standard retention.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may object to processing. To exercise any of these, email reach@operionis.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky).
