PE-backed industrial group, global delivery portfolio across seven countries

Pharma, data center and industrial projects across EMEA, APAC and the US. I built the PMO, the operating playbooks and the reporting rhythm that let a PE owner see margin and risk per project instead of per quarter.

€27M project, regulated pharma environment, loss-making to cash-positive

Inherited a project bleeding cash under GMP constraints. Rebuilt governance, cost control and the commercial position with the client. Cash-positive in ten months.

€400M site transformation program, 20+ project teams

Senior program and change role on a pharma site master plan. My job: make twenty-plus PMOs move in the same direction under regulatory constraints that punish improvisation.

Nuclear new-build site, €60 to 88M civil works packages

Claims and recovery in the most audited environment there is. Managed €1.3M in claims and ran a €4.7M recovery programme. Paper discipline is not optional when the regulator reads everything.

Data center services firm, interim ops director through a growth spike

Six-month mandate. The company was winning work faster than it could mobilise. Installed SOPs, cost control, PO and invoicing governance, and project-level P&L visibility. Handed over a calmer company than I found.

Independent advisory practice, 75+ owner-led businesses

Early on I ran my own advisory practice for small and mid-sized companies. I worked with more than seventy-five owners on planning, cash, and commercial discipline, and pulled at least seven of them back from insolvency. Fixing businesses that are running out of room is where I started.

A company I founded, built, and sold

A real estate development venture I started from nothing: fourteen projects, the business plan, the risk calls, contractors to manage and public institutions to deal with. I ran it through development and operations, then sold it to an investor. I have been the owner making the call under uncertainty, not only the operator brought in to fix someone else’s company. The family-held conversation is one I understand from the inside.
