Fix Sequence items 1 and 2 implemented: the process redesigned, owners installed, the cadence running, first results measured. Not recommendations. Changes.
How will you know it’s working?
Each fix has a named owner, a first step and a measure. You watch them land week by week, not in a closing report.
How long?
Six to eight weeks, on-site and async, scope fixed to the named Fix Sequence items.
What’s expected of you?
Your named owners do the work with me. I redesign, install and enforce; they run it. The framework stays when I leave. That’s the point.
One way in
The Sprint is sold at the restitution of a diagnostic, the session where its findings land, and nowhere else. The findings price the fix. Without them I would be guessing, and you would be paying for the guess.
Method
Question, delete, simplify, accelerate. Automate last. No tool gets bought for a process that shouldn’t exist. The full sequence is on the method page.
Pricing: scoped at restitution.
50% on signature, 50% on delivery of the named fixes. No outcome guarantee: I commit to execution, per the same liability principle that runs through everything I do.
The natural follow-on
A sprint shows you the keeping-it-fixed problem: the cadence that needs an outside voice, the guardrails that drift when nobody enforces them. That conversation is the retainer.
You’re probably thinking...
Often true, and I say so at the restitution when it is. The sprint exists for the fixes that die without an outside hand: the ones that cross silo lines or threaten someone’s comfort.
Because without the findings I’d be implementing guesses. The Fix Sequence prices and orders the work; the sprint delivers it. Findings first, fix second.
There are no workshops in it. The sprint is delivery: a process redesigned, owners installed, a cadence running, first results measured. The second half of the fee is invoiced only when the named fixes have landed, so progress is visible, not narrated.
